Hi Randy, I get about 100 calls and about 200 emails a day so I do have a hard time responding to all of them. Also I can almost never answer the phone because I in middle of support calls day and night. We have up to 20 installs going at a time and those are top priority. Email is best timely way to communicate. In the US I can finance a system completely with no out of pocket cost. We can't finance out of the US But I sell and ship to many customers in Canada all the time. We use Wire transfer payment and ship by insured freight right to you, no prob. Thanks, Samuel H. |
