Hi Michelle, You will just do all that with my banker because he can do anything that a full service bank could do, then some. Many buyers have several options of financing and he will work with you on best rates and options that he can give you.

The most popular is using the Title 1 FHA Home Improvement Loan. There's other options though that may be better and he will ask you stuff to see what's the best way to go.

The FHA Title 1 makes the interest deductible for most people and that makes it a favorite option of most. It also does not require an appraisal or equity.

Some people have plenty of equity and can do it as an home equity and get a better rate. The banker will consult with you on Stuff like that to get you the best option.

I try to just defer all that Financial Questions to the expert and I work on the shipping, installation, and those questions.
