What About System Testing and Warranty?

Hi Anthony,

Our system parts are all tested prior to shipping to ensure we don't have problems at an installation site. This is a big deal because nobody else does this as far as I know.

Sure but it's a very complex system. The most heavily tested and warratied is the solar panels that have a 25 year specification on power output and degradation. There's various testing on different parts and various length of warraties up to 25 years.

The systems are designed as a permanent home energy system and thus they are designed to last with a goal of going through a normal mortgage and beyond. Everything is very heavy duty, best possible quality.

In real word applications the systems have survived hurricanes, and light tornadic winds, including the Joplin MO storm. But if the house goes, it goes.

The solar panels are certified to the hail spec which is something like 10CM hail stone at 40 mph. It takes a catastrophe to tear any of this stuff up.

The most likely component to require replacement are the batteries which usually you would replace one about every 6 years or so. We don't sell the batteries but they are a limited lifespan compared to all else which should go virtually forever in a good environment with normal use and no catastrophe.

>> and also if there are guarantees if parts or the system fails for
>> them to be replaced.

At this time I warranty bumper to bumper repair or replace warranty for 2 years, then there are various warranties across different components up to 25 years from my manufacturing partners regarding their components.

After my company gets capitalized I will be extending that warranty because I have had no warranty issues at all and a zero field failure on the systems over the years I have been selling and installing.

These engineered systems meets all UL 1741, Exceeds NEC 2011 Electrical Codes, Local Utility Requirements, and Federal 30% Tax Credit Requirements. It's certified to 130 mph wind speed which most homes will not survive at 130 mph.

Anyone wanting a small wind turbine, fill out the contact form and I can connect you with the dealer for your area. There are still areas open in most states for new dealers but many counties and a few entire states are taken up and several people are saying they are going to get their territory. So, if you are interested in becoming a dealer fill out the same form and we can see if your area may still be open.
